Dr. Alexander Hüttenbrink participates in ESA/DLR panel discussion at Deutscher Bundestag
From 20 to 22 January 2015 the European Space Agency (ESA) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) celebrated the fifth anniversary of their joint German Trainee Programme. One of the highlights of the event was a panel discussion which took place at the Members’ Restaurant of the German Bundestag. The discussion addressed the exciting topic of career opportunities in the aerospace sector. It was a particular honor for Kinexon and its Managing Director Dr. Alexander Hüttenbrink to participate in the panel discussion together with high-class speakers such as Prof. Dr. Johann-Dietrich Wörner, Chairman of the Executive Board of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and designated Director General of ESA as well as Brigitte Zypries, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and Federal Government Coordinator of German Aerospace Policy. Being a founder of an aerospace-related tech-startup, Dr. Alexander Hüttenbrink highlighted not only the valuable impact of entrepreneurship but also the enormous potential that space technology offers in terms of venture creation. Beside that he also talked about his entrepreneurial experience. The discussion was followed by a dinner with lots of interesting conversations.
